How to inspect a cosmetic packaging sample before bulk approval
The approved sample should capture what the finished order must actually match.

Review the assembled pack against the agreed model, drawing, artwork and intended use. Record visible and functional acceptance points before approval. WDPACK publishes inspection criteria, but final product-specific requirements belong in the purchase agreement.
Start with the exact configuration
Confirm the SKU, capacity, color and every included component. Compare the sample with the supplied drawings where available, and clarify dimensions that are not published. A photograph of one variant should not replace the agreed configuration list.
Examine the bottle and closure together. Look for deformation, notches, damage, scratches, color spots and uneven spraying. Review print for clarity, missing marks or misalignment.
Check the details tied to your product
WDPACK lists appearance and dimensional inspection plus adhesion, air-tightness, drop and temperature checks in its quality information. These are useful questions for the approval discussion. Decide which checks matter for your filled product and route, and agree on the method and acceptance point for the selected pack.
For a pump or spray format, evaluate the assembled dispenser with the intended contents. For decorated packaging, inspect placement, color and surface under representative light. Keep the approved sample or documented reference accessible for production comparison.
Read a report in context
The report shown on the WDPACK quality page is an example from one batch of a 42-neck foam pump. It demonstrates a documented inspection example; it does not certify every model or every future order.
Ask which inspection record and acceptance criteria will apply to your order. Approve the sample, drawing and commercial specification as one set before bulk production starts.
Inspect actual models
These galleries show the photographed models and any supplied drawings or video. Confirm capacity, components, finish and suitability for your own project.

One batch inspection record
The sheet is dated 2 July 2026 and covers a 42-neck foam pump batch. It is an example of recorded checks, not a certificate for the models above or future orders.
