Set the checks before the bulk order
Compare the selected pack with an approved sample for appearance, dimensions, decoration, component fit and function.

See what the supplied sheet actually records
The 42-neck foam-pump sheet records a 10,000-piece batch. Appearance sampling and functional sampling were marked as passed for that inspected batch. It does not certify every WDPACK model or a future order.
Inspect the actual pack, not only its photograph
A catalogue photograph helps shortlist the format. Use a physical sample to settle the acceptance points for the selected SKU and assembled components.

Color, molding and print
Compare the finished surface with the sample and color tolerance board. Look for scratches, color spots, dents, molding damage, missing print and ghosting.
Bottle, neck and dispenser
Set the dimensions and component fit that matter to filling, closure and use. Any supplied drawing is a starting point for the approved specification.
Test the assembled pack
Agree leakage, dispensing and drop-test conditions where applicable, and check that packed goods match the order without mixed products.
Points to discuss for the selected model
These criteria come from WDPACK's supplied quality material. Final tolerances and methods must be agreed for the actual pack, contents and components.
Bottle diameter ±0.05 mm; thread OD ±0.03 mm; bottle mouth OD ±0.02 mm; mouth ID ±0.05 mm.
±5 g against the stated product standard.
3M 810 tape, three continuous peels at 45–75°; peeled area ≤5%.
100-square, 1 mm grid test; peeled area ≤10%.
Hold at −0.06 MPa for five minutes with no leakage.
Assembled bottle filled with water, dropped once from 0.8 m, base down.
Inspect after 12 hours at −15 ±2°C and 45 ±2°C.
Confirm product-specific acceptance criteria against the approved sample and purchase agreement.
Different formats need different functional questions.
Select the actual model first, then decide which tests belong in the approval plan. These are discussion points, not universal pass criteria for every SKU.
Put the acceptance method in writing before the lot is made.
- 01
Select the reference
Identify the SKU, drawing revision, components, artwork and approved physical sample.
- 02
Set the checkpoints
Agree appearance, key dimensions, print adhesion, sealing and use tests that apply to the pack.
- 03
Record the batch
Confirm the sampling plan, measured results and disposition for the actual production lot.
- 04
Confirm the handover
Check the packed SKU, components, quantity and carton requirements before shipment.
The displayed 42-neck foam-pump report is evidence for one batch only. Ask WDPACK which record and acceptance method will apply to your order.
The approved sample and the batch sheet play different roles.
The sample shows the accepted physical pack; the order specification names its parts and decoration; the batch record documents the checks made on produced goods. Link the three by exact SKU and version.
Close the loop when the cartons arrive.
Compare the delivered SKU, component set and quantities with the order. Keep the carton identification and photographs if a discrepancy needs review; ask WDPACK to agree the order-specific follow-up route in advance.
A concise test brief avoids uncertain approval.
Specify the contents, pack model, component combination and the failures that matter to your customer or filling line.
- SKU, capacity and the assembled component list
- Drawing or dimensions critical to filling and closure
- Color and print reference with visible acceptance points
- Formula and leakage, dispense or drop conditions to review
- Quantity, packing method and destination
Put the acceptance points in the brief
Include the exact SKU, contents, components, decoration, quantity and any testing your product needs.
