Clear body, precise information
Let silhouette and readable printing carry the brand. Keep variant cues small and disciplined.
Discuss: silk-screen printing or label.Make the bottle recognizable at shelf distance, legible in hand and repeatable in production. Start with the actual SKU, then select a method the artwork and substrate can support.

Two bottles can look alike in a render and behave differently when printed, sprayed, assembled or handled.
Set hierarchy, contrast and a realistic print or label area for the selected bottle.
Judge color, shine, texture and placement on a physical decorated pack.
Keep the artwork version, finish reference and applicable inspection points with the order.
These are supplied WDPACK catalogue presentations. They show what to discuss, not a promise that a pictured color or finish is available for every order.
WDPACK lists the following decoration methods. Suitability, cost and quantity need review by SKU, substrate, coverage and artwork.
Embossed molds, stone effects, ice textures and gradient spraying are not listed here as WDPACK capabilities. Ask for a feasibility review if your reference needs one of those looks.
These are design briefs using listed methods, not photographs of completed client work or fixed process recipes.

Confirm capacity, body, closure and dispensing with the intended contents.
Set artwork size, orientation, color and printable area.
Use color or applied information that still fits each chosen format.
Compare individual samples and the family together before bulk release.

A finish brief should make the chosen model and the intended result unambiguous.
SKU, capacity, body color, pump or cap and target order quantity.
Editable logo or label file, dimensions, front/back placement and separate colors.
Color code or physical target, finish photograph and the surfaces to treat or protect.
Agree the method, sample type, charge and review date for the selected configuration.
A product image helps choose a direction; the decorated, assembled sample establishes the order reference.
Check against the agreed target under useful viewing conditions. Mark visible defects and acceptable variation.
Review print registration, legibility, edges, label alignment and any metallic mark.
WDPACK's supplied criteria include a 3M 810 tape check for print and hot stamping: three peels at 45-75 degrees with no more than 5% peeled area. Coating and plating have a 100-square, 1 mm grid criterion with no more than 10% peeled area. Agree what applies to this finish.
Check the finished bottle with its actual pump, cap, formula and handling requirements.
Coverage, number of colors, fixtures, surface preparation, rejects and inspection all affect quotation. Eligible logo printing can be discussed from 1,000 pieces, color from 5,000, and normal custom production from 10,000; ask for the exact SKU and finish.
When the approved look becomes a purchase order, document the physical result and the file that produced it.
The accepted bottle, assembled components and finish.
The exact file, size, separations and placement.
Method, treated area, color or foil target and any masking.
Appearance, registration, adhesion and pack function as agreed.

No. Provide a physical or specified target and approve a decorated sample. Display screens and lighting vary.
The combination can be discussed where the selected body and process permit it. Approve the layer order, coverage and adhesion on a physical proof.
Use the same SKU, component set, quantity, artwork area, colors, sample scope, packing and delivery terms.
Identify the artwork or finish revision and confirm whether another physical proof is required before production.
Send the SKU, artwork, finish reference, quantity and destination. WDPACK can return an initial route within 72 hours of a usable brief; physical proofing is scheduled separately.
