Make the finish work on the actual bottle.
WDPACK lists printing, surface treatment, plating, labels and assembly. Select a model, share your artwork and review the result on a sample before production.

Start with a bottle and a visual reference.
These supplied product images show two different WDPACK models. Use them to discuss form, color and artwork placement; the exact finish and component set for your order still need sample approval.

Match the method to the model and artwork.
These are WDPACK's documented options, not a claim that every process suits every bottle or order size.
Print and mark
Silk-screen printing, hot stamping, silver printing and decals. Identify artwork position, coverage and required colors.
Change the appearance
Frosting, color spraying, polishing and plating. Confirm the material, target look and suitable process for the chosen model.
Finish the pack
Labels and assembly can be discussed for the selected bottle and components. Confirm the final assembled appearance on a sample.
Which part of the appearance are you changing?
Begin with the visual objective. WDPACK can then review process suitability on the actual bottle and estimate sample scope.
The appropriate method depends on the selected bottle, material, artwork and quantity. Confirm it in the project review.
Look at the bottle before choosing a finish.
Use the showroom photo to compare packaging formats and the WDS01 views to inspect one catalogue model. The print area, color target and component set still need to be specified for your chosen SKU.

Check the decorated pack in hand.
- Color and finish against the agreed reference
- Placement, print coverage and visible defects
- Fit of assembled parts and intended contents
- Agreed inspection criteria before production
WDPACK's published criteria include a 3M 810 tape adhesion check for print and hot stamping: three continuous peels at 45-75 degrees, with peeled area no more than 5%. Agree the applicable test and acceptance points for the selected model.
Review quality criteriaMake the approved finish repeatable.
Keep the signed-off sample, artwork revision and bottle configuration together. The written order can then name what will be made and what will be inspected.
See the order approval pathRecord the approved color, finish and visible placement against the sample.
Identify the accepted file version and its size and position.
Record the exact bottle, cap or pump and any label or assembly work.
Confirm which appearance and adhesion checks apply to this finish.
Settle these before a sample is made.
Can every finish be applied to every model?
No process suitability is implied by the catalogue photographs. Share the exact SKU, material and artwork so the method can be reviewed.
Does a product photo approve the final color?
No. Use a color reference and inspect the decorated physical sample under the conditions relevant to your brand.
What if the sample needs a change?
Mark the change on the artwork or sample record, then confirm whether another proof is needed before the bulk order.
Show the artwork with the bottle you selected.
Include the SKU, artwork, color or finish reference, estimated quantity and checks that matter at sample approval.
