Airless or lotion pump bottle: what should a buyer compare?
The dispensing mechanism is part of the product experience, so compare it alongside the bottle.

Shortlist both formats against the formula, expected dose, filling process and desired shelf appearance. Request assembled samples and test them with the actual contents. Neither an airless format nor a pump label, by itself, confirms compatibility or performance.
What the catalogue can tell you
The WDA airless series and WDL lotion series show WDPACK models that can start the comparison. The product photographs show shape and component presentation; selected models also have supplied technical drawings. Use those drawings for an initial dimensional review, then confirm the final specification with the supplier.
Do not compare only the front view. Look at the pump, cap and base views where available. The fill and dispensing route, decoration area and assembled appearance may be more decisive than the outline.
Questions to put on the sample brief
State the product viscosity and the amount a user should dispense at a time. Ask which components are included with the quoted model, how the filled pack will be closed and which checks are appropriate for your formula. If the product has specific sensitivity or storage requirements, share them explicitly.
Run your own filled-pack and compatibility evaluation under the conditions that matter for your market. Sample approval should cover both appearance and function rather than appearance alone.
Keep the commercial comparison like for like
Quote the same target capacity, order quantity, decoration and destination for each shortlisted model. Otherwise a lower unit price may reflect a different component or finish. WDPACK states a normal MOQ of 10,000 pieces, while some in-stock bottles may start at 300 pieces; eligibility has to be checked model by model.
When you are ready, add the chosen SKUs to one inquiry brief and describe the differences you want to compare. This makes the next answer about the actual packaging options, not a generic price list.
Inspect actual models

Buyer checklist
Keep these details together when discussing the selected model.
- Formula and target dispensing amount
- Required components and capacity
- Filled-pack and compatibility test plan
- Same finish and quantity for each comparison
- SKUs and drawings for the shortlist
