How to choose a bottle format for a skincare product
Start with the formula and how the customer will use it. The bottle silhouette comes later.

List the contents, target capacity, dispensing method and closure first. Then shortlist a few actual models and check their drawings and samples. A photograph alone cannot establish formula compatibility or the final fit of a pump and bottle.
Begin with the contents and application
A toner, a thicker lotion and a balm ask different things of the pack. Note how the product should leave the container: poured, sprayed, pumped, squeezed or removed by hand. Include any sensitivity to air or handling that your formulation team has identified. That gives the packaging discussion a functional starting point rather than a visual one.
WDPACK groups its existing models by format, including skincare bottles, airless bottles, cosmetic jars and tubes. These are useful shortlists, not a substitute for testing a chosen pack with the actual formula.
Compare a small group of models
Choose two or three models that could serve the same product. Look at the full product gallery and any supplied size drawings. Compare the overall shape, filling opening, closure concept and the space available for a label or print. If a dimension is absent from the published information, mark it for confirmation instead of assuming a size from a photograph.
Keep the SKU in every note. It prevents a finish reference from being mistaken for a different bottle when the discussion moves to samples and quotation.
Use the sample to answer the remaining questions
Ask to verify the selected components together: bottle, cap, pump or other dispenser. Review dispensing, sealing, handling and visual presentation with the intended contents. Final compatibility and acceptance criteria should be agreed against the approved sample and purchase requirements.
For the first request, include the model SKU, intended contents, capacity, estimated quantity, preferred color and destination market. WDPACK can then confirm what is available for that model and which sample route fits.
Inspect actual models
These galleries show the photographed models and any supplied drawings or video. Confirm capacity, components, finish and suitability for your own project.
