Before printing a cosmetic bottle: the artwork questions to settle
Good artwork approval starts with the chosen bottle, its printable surface and an agreed sample.

Select the packaging model first. Then share artwork, logo placement, color references and the look you want. WDPACK lists silk-screen printing, hot stamping, silver printing, frosting, color spraying, decals, polishing, plating and labels; the suitable route must be confirmed for the chosen model.
Match the design to the actual bottle
A flat artwork file can hide a curved shoulder, cap joint or narrow print area. Review several views of the exact SKU and request any dimensions needed for placement. Mark which graphics belong on the bottle and which belong on the cap, label or outer pack.
If you are still comparing models, do not lock the artwork to one assumed panel size. Keep a short list and check the placement against each candidate.
Describe the visual result, not just the technique
Tell the supplier whether you need an opaque color, a translucent body, a metallic accent, a frosted feel or a separate label. Provide a physical reference or clear image when possible. The decoration page lists documented methods, but material, shape, order scope and artwork determine what is suitable.
Ask how the selected process affects color, registration and the visible seam between components. A term such as “gold finish” is not enough to define the actual result.
Approve a representative sample
Check logo size and position, color, print clarity, surface consistency and the assembled bottle in normal light. For print and coating, WDPACK publishes inspection criteria that include adhesion checks. The product-specific criteria still need agreement against the approved sample and purchase requirements.
Special decoration or printing samples generally require around 7 to 15 days of preparation and may involve a sample charge. Confirm this against the final file and the selected bottle.
Inspect actual models
These galleries show the photographed models and any supplied drawings or video. Confirm capacity, components, finish and suitability for your own project.
